It is true much of the knowledge comes from India, and you can certainly be proud of it. But knowledge comes also from inside and one can certainly be also proud of being able to go and find it there: My fear is that of virginity, and that of a bad awakening. I would like to pursue jagrah, it will kill my ego.
But the bad awakening…. There is no fear whatsoever to have with Sahaja Yoga, it is completely safe. I have just recently begun to practice Kundalini Yoga. Now that I am reading up on Kundalini I am fearful for an awakening.
