All the modern amenities in the heart of a small village. The house is sparkling clean with Everything you could ask for. Ana and her husband are wonderful hosts. They have regionxl brochure showing local points of interest. There is a great private patio for enjoying warm evenings. The house is well equipped and well maintained, the hosts gave us a lot of valuable information on the best places around.

We would go back anytime without hesitation. One of best stay in Portugal! Fully working kitchen, big spaces, free parking, excellent communication and rgional.

I would stay there again without hesitation. Ana, was very accommodating and communicative. The house was perfect, clean, well done, and the wineries were amazing. Make sure and stop in at the bakery near the house and drive to the top of the street Avenida Nossa Senhora da Azinheira for amazing views.

We enjoyed Lamego, Regipnal da Regua, and Pinhao very much. Also stop by the Sabrosa portkguesa coop. Beautiful house with all the things needed to just move in and enjoy. Right on the edge of a very small nw authentic Portuguese village. The local restaurant does great pizzas. We really enjoyed our stay. Ana was there to greet us and provided tons of information on what to do in the area.

The house is located on a quiet street. Everything you need is there, the decoration is recent and you can’t get any cleaner than that. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. A small and nicely renovated house in a small portugish town.

It is in the middle of the douro district, so it is easy to get to the wineries and the scenery is beautiful on the way. Fatima and her family welcomed us and were very serviceminded and helped us with tips to the area. Everything worked well and we had a lovely stay. This is a lovely house. It is basically new, clean, has everything you could ever need.

We were traveling with our two young sons and Fatima provided all the baby stuff we could need. The kitchen is fully stocked and the place is so warm and cozy. The house is right at centre of a quiet town, we loved walking around.

Just a short drive to the Duoro area for wine tasting, Vila Real and the national park. Would definitely recommend people to stay here. Our time at Quinta dos Espinheiros was amazing! We got a very warm welcome from Luis Mom and the House is super clean, big and the views are incredible! We could not imagine a better place for our stay in the valley. From our arrival Luis’s mom joined us for a warm welcome with wine tasting to the beautifulness of the place!

It is very peaceful and the place is very clean and well equipped. We even got to have a little tour on how the family makes the wine! If I have a chance to come back to Portugal, I would definitely go back there! I doubt that you could find a better place to stay.

Gorgeous accommodation, well appointed and only 15 minutes from shopping and restaurants. However, the kitchen facilities are all you need if you want to cook for yourself. We will return at some point. Luis’s place is set in the valley of the Douro and the view from the large balcony is simply amazing, overlooking vineyards.

The three rooms each have their private restrooms and the kitchen is well furnished with lots of dining ware and cooking utensils, all of which makes the place perfect for large families or groups of friends. The house is everything you have dreamed of and so are the hosts and their wines! This is the best place to get to know the Duoro Valley and enjoy the calm and the fantastic view of this Quinta! We will definitely come.

We felt very privileged to be guests on theis beautiful terrain. The house is big, cool and well furnished. The view and surrounding area are very beautiful. We loved to stroll around the vineyard towards the bakery in very old nearby Provesende. The village Pinhao is nice, well equipped with shops and provides boat tours on river Douro. Amazing views and hospitality.

Lots of degional and great fireplace. Nice and cozy, highly recommend. This is a supremely beautiful spot amid acres of vineyards and sweeping views of the hills. The house is spotless and well appointed. Everything was perfect, including the wine tasting and tour. A memorable experience for our family.

The apartment is practically brand new inside but beautifully quaint and authentically old on the outside and has every ammenity you could ever need. Jane was perfectly lovely as well, very responsive, helpful and friendly.

I wish we could have stayed longer, and I wish there had been wifi in the apartment, but it’s healthy to disconnect from time to time. Make sure you go down to the bakery not the easiest to recognize from the street for some fresh bread in the morning. You’ll enjoy yourself here, no doubt. Jane was not around when we arrived but she had made arrangements for a friend to get us settled in the apartment.

It was a charming place, and everything was well thought out to make it convenient for guests. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Jane had also made a reservation for us to s an excellent meal at a local dining spot for our first night. The village bimvy friendly and quaint. We really enjoyed walking around the area.

A magical, historic, wonderful apartment in a stunning hill top village.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, fresh and with the ancient stone walls and shutters it felt we had stepped bibmy in time. It has all you need and all fittings are pretty and stylish. A lovely place to be.

The aa cobbled streets, ringing church bells and stunning views over vineyards and olive trees from the village square are simply magical. It was a privilege to stay here and be welcomed into this village and we wish we had stayed longer.

All communications with Jane were quick and so friendly and her colleague welcomed us to the apartment with great kindness and fresh fruit! Jane kindly booked the cozibha local restaurant, in the village square, which only opens if booked and where you eat whatever the kind owner has cooked that day.

It was a very special evening and the food was delicious. There is a walk from Provesende to Pinhao which again has stunning views and takes you through the vineyards and the interior of the church in Provesende is simply glorious. It portufuesa so very ornate.

We loved climbing the steps the the apartment and looking down on the cobbled street.

This is a magical place. Jane was very helpful and communicative.
