"Märta Mattsson is a young jewellery artist from Sweden. She graduated from HDK School of Design and Craft in Gothenburg and is currently studying at the Royal College of Art in London. Märta is an open – minded artist who makes exciting and strongly intriguing jewellery.

Her pieces are based on the tension that exists between attraction and repulsion. Memories and experiences from her childhood as well as nature are her source of inspiration. She translates her bizarre fantasies in a unique way. Her jewellery speaks its own and strong language which makes the viewer to marvel over there oddity."
